As for the Steam Workshop support, you'll find everything you need over at Steam once it goes live. There aren't that many mods available just yet, but there are a couple of really good ones that significantly improve the campaign experience, so I'd still recommend you give the website a look. Until then, if you feel the need to mod your campaign make sure to visit the Total War Center website. As such, I am very glad to say that Steam Workshop support will be going online this Thursday! However, that whole process requires actually finding the mods in the first place, which is not always the easiest thing for new players. In order to detect potential flaws and balance problems Total War: Warhammer 2 sadly launched without Steam Workshop support, though thankfully it still allowed players to plug in their mods manually. There really is a mod for everything, no matter how obscure and potentially silly the idea might be.
